Terms and Conditions

1  General

1.1 These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of Bumpnbounce, (the ‘Mega Party’)

1.2 These Booking Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding participation by you and the members of                                your party and accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that you shall ensure that all members of your party are aware of and                     accept these Conditions.

1.3 No variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by Bumpnbounce.

1.4 Bumpnbounce reserves the right to make changes to the Activities for any reason.

2  Booking & Confirmation

2.1  No booking shall be deemed to have been accepted unless accepted in writing by Bumpnbounce

2.2 You must advise Bumpnbounce as soon as possible of any mistake in the Bumpnbounce booking confirmation. Bumpnbounce                  shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that you and your party’s participation commences at the time booked and it shall                  be the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they arrive in sufficient time. Late arrivals may not be permitted to                              undertake the Activity and no refunds or compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

2.3 All bookings are classed as firm bookings once the deposit is received.

2.4 All deposits must be paid at the time of the confirmation of the party.

2.5 All outstanding amounts, where applicable must be paid in full on the day of the party/event either by bank transfer, cheque or                    by cash.

3 Cancellations & Refunds

3.1  If for some reason we have to cancel your activity we will notify you at our earliest convenience and ask you to re-schedule your                   party for another time. In the event that Bumpnbounce has to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavours to notify               you as soon as possible. You shall be entitled to a full refund in the event of cancellation under this clause but no other                                     compensation shall be payable.

3,3 We must be notified immediately if you have to cancel your booking. 

3.2 Where cancellation is necessary the following applies:

• Cancellation 28 days or less before the party/event - The deposit is not refundable.
• Failure to personally cancel will result in the agreed price, as stated on the confirmation booking form, being paid in full.

4  Safety

4.1 Bumpnbounce reserves the right to refuse admittance to the Activities or to remove a participant from the Activities should it                     deem it necessary to do so. This includes a participant who does not comply with the safety rules and advice and the safety                           system or who is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4.2 Bumpnbounce shall be entitled to prevent any person from undertaking or completing the Activities if it deems the behaviour of                any participant unsuitable.

4.3 No refunds or compensation will be payable by Bumpnbounce in the event that any participant is not permitted to, or decides                      not to, undertake or complete the Activity.

5 Price and Payment

5.1  Subject to any terms agreed in writing by Bumpnbounce our charges for the Party shall be due in full at the time of booking.

6  Liabilities

6.1  Bumpnbounce shall not be responsible for the loss, or damage, of or to any property arising from the booking of or participation                  in the party

6.2  There is a parking area at the site. Any vehicle and its contents are left at the owner’s risk.

6.3  Except as otherwise provided in these Booking Terms and Conditions any liability of Bumpnbounce shall be limited to the refund                of any charges paid to Bumpnbounce.

6.4  The Booking Confirmation and payment of a deposit shall constitute an acceptance by the holder of these terms and conditions                  and imply an undertaking on the part of the holder to observe them. In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions                      Bumpnbounce reserve the right to cancel your party and retain any monies paid therefor.

7  Marketing

8.1  From time to time we take pictures/videos during activities at Bumpnbounce. By taking part in these activities, you are giving us                  your permission to use any pictures of yourself and anybody in your party for possible use in Bumpnbounce promotion and                         marketing. We will never sell these pictures and only use them exclusively for our own use. If you object to us using images of you               or your party then please inform us in writing to info@bumpnbounce.party when making your booking.

8  Miscellaneous

8.1  These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
